Only one vehicle per submission is allowed for registration. Registering a vehicle on behalf of another resident is not allowed. Each resident must register their own vehicle in their own name.
Once registration and documents are submitted, they will be reviewed for verification, and you will receive a link to pay any permit fees, if applicable.

Submit a New Registration (new move in, new vehicle, have never had a permit for this vehicle/ license plate at this community) Replace Decal (decal damaged, window damaged, same vehicle / license plate info just need decal replaced) Update Your Information (updating information for vehicle that is currently on file, apartment number, license plate number, lease expiration date, vehicle info with same license plate number)
PLEASE NOTE - We are looking for the license plate number that is currently on the vehicle you are registering. (not your driver's license number) Also note do not add any dashes or space and keep in mind that there is never a letter O in a license plate it is always the number 0 (zero).
