Only one vehicle per submission is allowed for registration. Registering a vehicle on behalf of another resident is not allowed. Each resident must register their own vehicle in their own name.
Once registration and documents are submitted, they will be reviewed for verification, and you will receive a link to pay any permit fees, if applicable.

Submit a New Registration Submit a New Registration (If you DO NOT have a decal and this is the first time you are submitting a permit request, choose this option.) Replace Decal Replace Decal (If you have already been issued an updated decal and need to replaced for reasons like you replaced your windshield, lost your decal, you are replacing a vehicle we currently have on file (please remember to advise which vehicle you are removing for example Remove Blue Lexus to add Red Honda Civic) choose this option and your previous decal will be marked invalid and a new decal will be issued) Please be advised that if the original permit is seen on another vehicle it will be subject to being towed. Update Information for a Vehicle Update Your Information (If you are updating your information such as new license plate, new vehicle with the same plate, you moved units: choose this option and please also add a brief description of what information needs to be updated. For example, got a new license plate, please update Blue Lexus)
PLEASE NOTE - We need the license plate on the vehicle you’re registering (not your driver’s license). No dashes or spaces. There is never a letter O in a plate—only the number 0 (zero).
